This final series features a British boiler-fitter’s attempt to form a transgender pop group in Thailand, while his relationship with his own pre-operative fiancé hits the rocks. We explore each of the singers’ stories, and see that life isn’t all cocktails and red carpets. Role required tact and sensitivity to cement relations with a community very resistant to media coverage.
