Food science show with Kate Quilton, Jimmy Doherty, Matt Tebbutt and Dr Helen Lawal. A year leading a busy newsroom style production where development, shoot, edit and final post occur concurrently.
Involved running 220 separate shoots around the world in locations like China, South Africa, USA, Tanzania. Alongside five constantly busy edit suites – all generating 80 individual stories about the secrets of our food.
I edit produced the very first episodes of the brand, helping shape the tone and format, and have returned to the series several times in different roles.
